Greg Johnston

Greg Johnston is a former operations and finance executive with leadership experience across biopharma, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing organizations. Known for his energetic approach and strategic mindset, Greg has led finance functions for various organizations, overseeing global finance operations, complex accounting structures, and high-growth divisions.

Throughout his career, Greg has provided financial direction for large business units with international subsidiaries and played a key role in strategic planning, acquisitions, cost containment, and operational improvements. He brings deep expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cost systems, SAP implementation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and capital planning.

A strong team builder, Greg is passionate about developing talent, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and supporting leadership teams with clear, data-driven insights that drive performance and profitability. He holds an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys family time, travelling, boating, running, and is an avid pickleball player.
